Umm...Wow! A whole new look? But why did he do it in the middle of winter? Won't he be cold now?
He looks unhappy in both, are you sure you didn't cut him? Actually, when I saw the first photo, I thought it was a picture from some war prison camp. Is he ok? should I feed him some bread under the door? should I break him out? I hope his situation improves with the new doo.

@tim: he was unhappy in the 1st photo because he was being dramatic, he was unhappy in the 2nd photo because he was trying to study brains and i was taking flash photos of him! :D
...but you can throw bread at him if you'd like.
