1 week after we paid $$2much.moolah to our wonderful exterminators, the ants invaded the living room and the kitchen. i think whatever was sprayed around the exterior of our home drove the beasts inside, instead of away...
thankfully, the "exterminators" did leave some super-duper, high-powered, keep-away-from-pets-children-plants-and-oxygen ant traps, which have been patroling our counters menacingly since the attack.
... which happened 3 days ago. yes, my kitchen has been immobilized for 3 days. i want my money back.

Oh my gosh, I don't know how you do it! I would have already gone insane. I guess you can be happy they aren't spiders!! :o) Then again, maybe spiders eat ants! Then after they eat all the ants you can KILL THE SPIDERS!! Whooo hooo.
Ok maybe not, but still....
i love how you have your kitchen divided in half based on the ant infestation! totally would do the same thing...except...i haven't yet. we have the same problem and we randomly step and smash them. ants are gross. it's even worse that there are tiny ones and then super huge ugly ones...you just know they found something to munch on and they're growing in your HOUSE. it's horrible.
(sorry, ant rant) hey that would be a good title for a blog, too. lol.
