2 games

i had never seen a hockey game until sunday night.
they really do fight.

we saw the portland winterhawks (minor league hockey) take on the everett, washington somethings (like i remember their name). and lose 5-0.
but ... we sat one row up from the media. the guy who was keeping stats was checking football scores every few minutes, so at the end of the 2nd period i passed him a note asking about the score of the giants-cowboys game.

apparently i broke rule #1: don't ask about football scores at hockey games.

oops.


but the giants won!!!!!
... because jessica simpson's boy-toy cracked under pressure for the 2nd year in a row!!!
i am elated.

i bet that guy at the hockey game was a cowboys fan.
